Tegan Giustra

Tegan has been with Border Solutions Law Group since 2019. She currently supports the U.S Immigration team, assisting with the preparation of immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications and correspondence with clients and government agencies.

Before shifting into immigration law, Tegan worked with the personal injury team, where she handled records requests, scheduled depositions/discoveries and trials, drafted and filed pleadings, prepared accounts and communicated with clients and opposing counsel. This background has equipped her with a well-rounded skill set and a compassionate, detail-driven approach to legal work.

Tegan has her Legal Administrative Assistant certification from Capilano University and really enjoys working behind the scenes to help people through what can often be complex legal processes. In her spare time, Tegan enjoys spin and spending time with her husband and two kids.
