Tegan Giustra

Tegan has been with Border Solutions Law Group since 2019. As a member of the U.S. immigration team, she is responsible for the preparation of non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications. Her work includes collecting and organizing supporting documentation, preparing forms and application packages, corresponding with clients to obtain required information, and tracking filing requirements and key dates to help ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Before transitioning into immigration law in 2025, Tegan was a valued member of the personal injury team, where she managed records requests, scheduled discoveries, depositions, and trials, drafted and filed pleadings, prepared accounts, and communicated with clients and opposing counsel. This experience strengthened her organizational skills and supports her compassionate, detail-driven approach to legal work.

Tegan holds a Legal Administrative Assistant certification from Capilano University and enjoys working behind the scenes to support clients through what can often be complex legal processes. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids.
