Ms. Sidhu is an associate lawyer at Border Solutions Law Group. She has vast experience in Canadian immigration, refugee and citizenship law, representing individuals and families on various applications and legal processes before the Refugee Protection Division, Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division and Federal Court. She also has experience in civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice as well as uncontested family law matters. Ms. Sidhu has worked as an undergraduate instructor, teaching introductory law courses at University of Fraser Valley and Douglas College. She is currently appointed by the Province of British Columbia as a Tribunal Member on the Employment Assistance Appeal Tribunal.

Ms. Sidhu graduated from Thompson Rivers University in 2015, where she received a Law Foundation of BC Entrance Scholarship and obtained her law degree. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2016. Ms. Sidhu also received her Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) degree at Simon Fraser University in 2011, where she studied Criminology under an Undergraduate Scholarship from SFU. Ms. Sidhu is fluent in Punjabi and understands Hindi.

In her spare time, Ms. Sidhu enjoys travelling, dancing, food and the company of family and friends.
