Senior Paralegal

Noelle joined Border Solutions Law Group in early 2018 as a litigation paralegal. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the personal injury field, she brings deep knowledge, dedication, and efficiency to the firm’s litigation practice.

Noelle holds both a Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate (2002) and a Paralegal Certificate (2012) from Capilano University. Her background and attention to detail make her a trusted resource for clients and counsel alike.

As the main member of the personal injury team, Noelle manages a wide range of responsibilities, including opening new client files, maintaining comprehensive case management systems, coordinating important deadlines, and preparing complex legal documents. She regularly communicates with clients, opposing counsel, and medical professionals; drafts and files court documents; reviews records for relevance; prepares medical chronologies; assists with trial preparation; and organizes affidavit evidence. She also schedules independent medical examinations, arranges arbitration and mediation dates, conducts legal searches, and handles daily document scanning and mail organization.

As of 2026, Noelle has expanded her expertise into U.S. immigration, where she handles waiver applications and assists clients in regaining their cross‑border mobility. Her work includes collecting and organizing supporting documentation, preparing forms and application packages, and corresponding with clients to obtain required information to help ensure accurate and timely submissions.

Outside of the office, Noelle enjoys exercising, camping, hiking, 4x4ing, and exploring the province.
