Rachel Lampke

Originally from a seaside Massachusetts town, Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies in 2013. As a Managing Paralegal at Border Solutions Law Group since 2022, Rachel brings more than 12 years of experience from international and leading immigration law firms in both Boston, MA and Vancouver, BC.

Rachel manages the preparation of complex non-immigrant and immigrant petitions and applications with USCIS, the port of entry (airport and land), and consular offices worldwide. Her portfolio includes representation for both individuals and corporations throughout the immigration life cycle. 

Rachel manages a diverse array of casework, including E-1 Treaty Trader, E-2 Treaty Investor, and E-3 Speciality Occupation applications; Blanket L-1 and Individual L-1 USCIS and POE filings; Consular support for all nonimmigrant and immigrant categories; H-1B petitions; TN applications; EB-1 petitions for Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researchers, and Multinational Managers; O-1 applications across Science, Business, and Arts sectors; employment based and family based permanent residency (“green card”) applications; naturalization applications; Request for Evidence and Notice of Intent to Deny responses; and motions and appeals to USCIS decisions.
